Pricing Intelligence Overview
Pricing Intelligence is Zyntro's system for transforming your pricing structure into persuasive, audience-targeted messaging. Rather than just displaying prices, Pricing Intelligence generates emotionally resonant hooks, headlines, CTAs, and narratives that communicate value in terms each audience segment relates to—plus AI-generated graphics ready for marketing use.
🎯 Major Feature
For every combination of pricing tier and audience segment, Zyntro generates a complete messaging stack: hooks that grab attention, headlines that communicate value, CTAs that drive action, and narratives that tell the story. Then, generate on-brand visual graphics with one click.
💡 The Power of Value Framing
Pricing Intelligence doesn't just list features and prices—it translates them into emotional value propositions. A $147/month tier becomes "less than $5/day to automate your entire client follow-up." This psychological reframing dramatically improves conversion by making abstract prices feel tangible and worthwhile.
How It Works
Step 1: Set Up Your Pricing Strategy
Before accessing Pricing Intelligence, you must configure your pricing structure:
- Navigate to Brands → Brand Pricing → Setup Pricing
- Answer the guided questions about your pricing model:
- What pricing model do you use? (SaaS, one-time, etc.)
- Is pricing recurring? What frequency?
- Do you offer tiered pricing? How many tiers?
- Do you have region-based pricing?
- Do you offer add-ons?
- Do you accept promo codes or run time-limited offers?
- Do you have an affiliate program?
Step 2: Build Your Pricing Matrix
After completing setup, you'll build your pricing matrix:
- Tier Names: Click on tier headers to rename (e.g., "Starter", "Professional", "Enterprise")
- Tier Prices: Set base prices for each tier in your default currency
- Features: Define what's included in each tier (Included, Not Included, Unlimited, or Custom values)
- Region Pricing: If enabled, set prices for different currency regions
- Add-ons: Configure add-on products with per-tier pricing
Pricing Settings
Configure additional pricing parameters:
- Trial Settings: Offer trial, trial duration
- Billing: Recurring frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, custom)
- Tax: Include tax, show tax label
- Promotions: Accept promo codes, time-limited offers
- Affiliates: Commission structure, rate, multi-level commissions, cookie duration, payout frequency
Click "Save Pricing Matrix" when complete.
Step 3: View Price Intelligence
Once your matrix is saved, Zyntro generates intelligence for each tier-audience combination:
- Navigate to Brands → Brand Pricing → Price Intelligence
- The left sidebar shows your audience segments
- Click any audience to view intelligence for all tiers targeting that segment
Step 4: Explore Generated Content
For each tier-audience combination, you'll see:
Value Driver
Zyntro calculates a relatable value breakdown for your pricing. For example:
- Low-cost tiers (<$100): "Less than a coffee per day" or "$4.80/day"
- Mid-range ($100-499): "One client call covers 3 months"
- Premium ($500+): "Pays for itself with one closed deal"
This psychological reframing makes prices feel accessible and valuable.
