Brand Audiences Overview

Brand Audiences is Zyntro's intelligent audience segmentation system. Rather than treating all customers the same, Zyntro helps you define distinct audience segments—each with their own pain points, decision drivers, preferred communication tone, and aligned use cases. This enables hyper-personalized content, campaigns, and automation flows that resonate deeply with each group.

🎯 Major Feature

Create audience segments with a simple description, and Zyntro's AI expands it into a fully structured profile including pain points, decision drivers, tone preferences, and aligned use cases. Then, the Ware-Audience Fit Analysis scores how well each of your offerings resonates with each segment—enabling truly targeted communication.

💡 The Power of Segmentation Intelligence

Once your audiences are defined, Zyntro's Segmentation Intelligence uses this data everywhere: generating email content tailored to specific pain points, crafting website copy that speaks to decision drivers, and prioritizing offerings that score highest for each segment. The more refined your segments, the more personalized and effective your entire platform becomes.

How It Works

Step 1: View Existing Segments

  • Navigate to Brands → Brand Audiences → View Audience
  • See all defined audience segments in a sidebar list
  • Click any segment to view its full profile

Step 2: Create a New Segment

  1. Click "New Audience Segment"
  2. Describe the segment in plain language:
    • Focus on unique characteristics that differentiate this group
    • Use specific descriptors (avoid generic terms like "entrepreneurs" or "business owners")
    • Example: "Small e-commerce stores struggling to retain customers who need better marketing automation to scale repeat purchases"
  3. Click "Build Segment"

Step 3: AI Expansion

Zyntro's AI analyzes your description against your brand context and generates:

  • Segment Label: A clear, human-readable name
  • Segment Tag: A short kebab-case identifier for quick reference
  • Segment Type: Classification (industry, demographic, sociographic, psychographic, or business-stage)
  • Primary Pain Points: The critical challenges this segment faces
  • Decision Drivers: What motivates them to seek your offerings
  • Preferred Tone: The communication style that resonates (e.g., Warm, Bold, Practical, Analytical)
  • Aligned Use Cases: Business scenarios and product features most relevant to this segment
  • Strategic Reasoning: Why this segment makes sense for your brand

 Pro Tip

If your description logically covers two distinct groups, Zyntro may create multiple segments automatically. It also checks against existing segments to prevent duplicates or overlapping definitions.

Step 4: Review and Edit

After generation, review each field:

  • All fields are inline-editable—click directly on any text to modify
  • Rate segments with thumbs up/down to influence future AI decisions
  • View the AI's reasoning by clicking the sparkle icon

Step 5: Custom Field Reconciliation

When new segments are created, Zyntro prompts you to update CRM custom fields:

  • This ensures your contact and entity fields align with the new segment
  • Enables proper tagging and filtering in your CRM
  • Allows automation rules to target the new segment

Segment Profile Anatomy

Each audience segment contains rich, actionable data:

Primary Pain Points

The critical challenges this segment faces. These pain points determine how Zyntro frames communication angles—every email, landing page, and content piece can address these specific frustrations.

Decision Drivers

What motivates this segment to seek your offerings. Zyntro uses these to pitch your brand in ways that speak directly to their buying psychology.

Preferred Tone

The communication style that resonates with this segment. Whether warm and supportive, bold and direct, or analytical and data-driven—Zyntro adapts its AI-generated content accordingly.

Aligned Use Cases

Business scenarios and product features most relevant to this segment. Segmentation Intelligence incorporates these use cases extensively in communication, crafting narratives highly likely to resonate.

Ware-Audience Fit Analysis

This is where Zyntro's intelligence truly shines. For each audience segment, Zyntro analyzes how well your offerings (wares) align:

How Fit Scoring Works

  • Each ware is scored 0-100 against each audience segment
  • Scoring considers: pain point alignment, tone compatibility, decision driver match, and use case relevance
  • Higher scores indicate stronger resonance between the ware and segment

Score Interpretation

  • 90+ (Green): Excellent fit—this ware strongly resonates with this segment
  • 75-89 (Yellow): Good fit—relevant but may need positioning adjustments
  • Below 75 (Red): Lower fit—consider whether to emphasize other offerings to this segment

How Fit Scores Are Used

  • Content Prioritization: AI emphasizes high-fit wares when generating content for a segment
  • Campaign Targeting: Automation rules can filter by fit score to show relevant offerings
  • Sales Intelligence: Know which products to pitch based on a contact's segment
  • Website Personalization: Display offerings most likely to convert each visitor type

💡 Pro Tip

View the reasoning behind each fit score by clicking the info icon next to the ware. This explains exactly why Zyntro scored the alignment as it did—useful for refining your offerings or segment definitions.

Segment Types

Zyntro categorizes segments for strategic clarity:

  • Industry: Based on business sector (e.g., "Boutique Hotels", "SaaS Marketing Teams")
  • Demographic: Based on personal characteristics (e.g., "Women Over 45 Starting Coaching Businesses")
  • Sociographic: Based on social/lifestyle patterns (e.g., "DIY Creators Scaling to Productized Services")
  • Psychographic: Based on attitudes/motivations (e.g., "Efficiency-Obsessed Founders Tired of Task Overload")

Business Use Cases

🏠 Real Estate Agency

Segments:

  • "First-Time Homebuyers Overwhelmed by the Process" (psychographic)
  • "Luxury Property Investors Seeking Portfolio Growth" (industry + psychographic)
  • "Relocating Families Needing Quick Turnaround" (demographic + business-stage)

Impact: Each segment receives different email sequences, sees different website hero sections, and gets pitched different services—all automatically based on their segment tag.

  • Rate AI output: Your thumbs up/down ratings help Zyntro improve future segment generation
