Brand Book Overview
The Brand Book is Zyntro's comprehensive brand documentation and collaboration tool. It compiles all your brand's assets, voice, values, audience segments, philosophies, offerings, and visual preferences into a single, shareable document. External collaborators, agencies, or team members without Zyntro accounts can access the brand book using a secure access code, review the content, and provide feedback through an integrated commenting system.
🎯 Major Feature
Share your complete brand narrative with external parties through a password-protected URL, with optional LLM-friendly access for AI tools and search engine indexing for increased brand visibility.
💡 Pro Tip
Enable the "LLM Friendly URL" option if you frequently work with ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI assistants. This provides a special URL that AI tools with internet browsing capabilities can read directly, allowing them to understand your brand context without manual copy-pasting.
How It Works
Step 1: Access Brand Book Settings
- Navigate to Brands → Brand Assets → Brand Book
- A unique Brand Book URL is automatically generated for your brand
- Your existing brand book settings (if any) are pre-populated
Step 2: Configure Access Settings
Set up security and access preferences:
- Third-Party Access Code: Assign a password that collaborators will use to access the brand book. This is required for non-Zyntro users.
- Allow Third-Party Comments: Enable or disable commenting for external collaborators. Note: Zyntro users can always comment.
- Enable LLM Friendly URL: Creates a special URL (with
?llm=bypass) that AI assistants can read directly when browsing the web. - Allow Search Engines: Enable indexing by search engines to increase brand visibility and AI mentions.
Step 3: Select Content Sections
Choose which brand information to include in the brand book:
- Brand Voice: Core identity, tagline, vision, mission, values, messaging, and ideal customer persona
- Brand Facts: Verified facts, language matrix, phrases to avoid with weighted enforcement
- Audiences: Target audience segments with pain points, use cases, decision drivers, and tone preferences
- Philosophies: Brand philosophies with titles, summaries, detailed explanations, quotes, and reasoning
- Offerings: Products/services (wares) with features, positioning, emotional drivers, counterpoints, and glossary
- CRM Custom Fields: Custom contact and entity fields with their purposes and options
- Visual Preferences: Color palettes for graphics, composition preferences, aesthetic vibes, image styles, and visual metaphors
- Colors and Typography: Theme colors (dark/light) and typography styles for headings, body, and decorative text
Step 4: Save and Share
Click "Save Brand Book" to generate:
- Brand Book URL: The main shareable link (requires access code)
- QR Code: Scannable QR code for easy mobile access
- LLM Friendly URL: Direct access URL for AI tools (if enabled)
Collaborator Experience
When collaborators visit the brand book URL:
- Login Screen: They enter their name and the access code you provided
- Navigation: A sidebar displays all enabled content sections
- Content Viewing: Each section presents brand information in a clean, organized format
- Commenting: Click the comment icon on any section to open a slide-out drawer, add comments, and view existing feedback
